The United Way of Thunder Bay is a community impact organization that works to improve lives and build community by engaging individuals and mobilizing collective action. Our vision is a community where people help people live with hope, dignity and a sense of belonging. We work in two areas: Act as a community engagement facilitator to engage partners/organizations and develop collaborations to help achieve long-term improvements to the quality of life of people who live in Thunder Bay. We support this work through grant writing and community fundraising.
